What is "metro" analysis? Consider the fact he is central to the frame and look at body position. What does an audience decode from this? As well as this, what elements of representation and ideology are present? Is this a negative representation of a male? And even Black male? What comment is there to be said for race and cultural identity? And consider your audience. How would a black and white audience decode this image? The same? Differently?
